Jawbone House

This may be the best example of high dynamic range imaging, at least making the best use of the extended range that can be brought to a single reproduced image without a bunch of PhotoShop work. I put together a little tutorial a while back on using PTGUI Pro to align, stitch and blend a multi-frame multi-exposure panorama. You can find that towards the end of “Project NSX” here.

The derelict house is off of highway 395 somewhere around Jawbone. I wonder how that town got its name.
